SECTION 1 – TREE GIFTING TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are agree that we can assign you tree planted before or later from your order (according to climate or seasons) and we will plant a tree which is suitable for that time’s (time of order) climate.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 – CONDITIONS AFTER ORDER

Person who orders don't have any right to claim land on which tree is planted. Person who orders cannot claim any benefit after gifting a tree except environmental benefits which is for everyone.

SECTION 3 - COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS

We can assign you tree which can be planted before or later sometimes according to climate changes or season.

There is certain time of year in which plants cannot be planted. So, we can assign you a tree which is planted ahead of your gift or maybe it will be planted after your gift but we will inform you about this issue but we try to plant some extra trees to assign our customers.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products (Tree Plantation) are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Wellearth is initiative to recover earth by planting trees which you can gift to your loved ones on any occasion like birthday, marriage anniversary, in memory of some loved ones, or maybe for our only planet Earth.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities.

SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY

You are paying for the maintenance of that individual tree or bunch of trees which you order. Person who orders don't have any right to claim any refund.

We do not offer any refund.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship or deliver any product or items.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Raising Nagar, Rajasthan
